Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices to enhance team productivity

Coordinate communication between teams and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and support JIRA management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in an Agile environment with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies

Proficient in JIRA for managing work and generating reports

Background as a Scrum Master and Project Manager

Strong foundation in Agile delivery frameworks within the tech industry
