This role requires excellent organizational skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Oversee property leasing activities, tenant screening, and lease negotiations.
• Utilize property management software such as AppFolio for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations in all leasing practices.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies for conflict resolution among tenants while fostering a positive community environment.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address tenant concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
• Prepare reports on property performance metrics, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
