Schedule : M-F 40 hours

Job Summary : HIM coding manager provides leadership and technical expertise of coding operations.. Coordinates oversight responsibility for coding aspects, including performing peer audits as needed, mentors and trains new coding staff. Serves as a resource regarding medical record content and regulatory requirements. Adheres to all duties of a certified coder.
