Job Title :  Architectural CAD / Revit Drafter II

Pay Range :  $26 – $32 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule :  Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible based on availability)

Work Environment :  Hybrid (Office / Home) | Monday through Friday

Join our dynamic team as an Architectural CAD / Revit Drafter II, where you’ll play a key role in designing and drafting innovative structures and interiors. What You’ll Do As an Architectural CAD / Revit Drafter II, you’ll :

Create Detailed Designs :  Use CAD and BIM software to produce full-scale, detailed architectural designs based on the Design Director’s schematics.

Ensure Compliance :  Study building codes and regulations to ensure designs meet all requirements.

Collaborate Across Disciplines :  Organize and integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs into cohesive plans.

Draft Plans :  Develop plans for right-of-way (ROW) work, grading, buildings, and structures based on input from engineers and design professionals.

Conduct Site Visits :  Gather data from job sites to inform and refine your designs.

Coordinate with Officials :  Interact with city and county officials to address permit plan-check comments and clarifications.

Problem-Solve :  Identify design flaws and make revisions as needed.

Support the Team :  Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the team.

Technical Expertise :  Proficiency in REVIT, CAD, and other architectural drafting tools.

Attention to Detail :  A meticulous approach to drafting and design.

Qualifications

Education :  Associate’s degree in Drafting or equivalent.

Experience :  At least 3 years of related drafting experience.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

Capability to navigate construction sites as needed.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
