Chavez Insurance Agency, a thriving State Farm agency in Roeland Park, KS, is actively seeking a full-time Bilingual Account Representative to join our dedicated team. No prior insurance experience? No problem! We're committed to investing in the right person with the right attitude and a passion for learning.

What You'll Do :

  • Be a Customer Champion : You'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our policyholders, answering questions about coverage, managing policy changes, and assisting with claims and billing.
  • Grow Our Community : Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs to offer the best State Farm products and services.
  • Build Lasting Relationships : Cultivate trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported through consistent follow-up.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is :

  • Fluent in English and Spanish - a must for serving our diverse community.
  • Must have or be ready to obtain your Property & Casualty license (all expenses will be paid).
  • Highly dependable and a quick study
  • Coachable, positive, and confident - someone who embraces new challenges and works well independently.
  • A natural influencer - honest, smart, and persuasive, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Driven and goal-oriented - you're excited to meet and exceed individual and team objectives.

  • Competitive Base Pay : Starting at $25.00 per hour equivalent to 52K per year. n)
  • Plus, monthly and annual bonuses, once licensed. Earn an extra 6K-18K or more per year based on sales. Most bonuses earned monthly, one bonus earned at year end. Some representative incomes exceed 70K annually.
