Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT operations to ensure reliable and secure systems performance

Develop and enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks

Partner with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business goals and drive technology adoption

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field

8-10 years of progressive experience in IT operations and security leadership roles

Relevant certifications strongly preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent)

Proven track record in IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity leadership

Expertise in regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR preferred)
