  • Licenses : Oregon medical license (willing to license if not held)
  • Board : Board Certified in Obstetrics / Gynecology
  • DEA : Active DEA required
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in OB / GYN practice
  • Other Qualifications : Proficiency with laparoscopic GYN cases

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries and surgical procedures
  • Respond to 24-hour beeper call for emergent patient needs
  • Perform required laparoscopic GYN cases
  • Collaborate with CNMs, CRNA, Family Medicine MD, and other OB / GYN providers
  • Manage patient care and documentation in Epic EMR system
