Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!

Pay Range : $45-55 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Sign-On / Relocation Bonus : Up to $10k for full-time and $5k for part-time, plus production pay opportunities!

Your Responsibilities :

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering direct dental care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include :

Providing quality and compassionate care to every patient

Delivering direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under the supervision of a dentist

Offering excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for Same Day Care

Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene

Assessing dental conditions and reviewing patients' medical histories

Adhering to all government regulations and company standards

Guiding parents and patients through the treatment process

Assisting with dental and periodontal charting as needed

Taking x-rays and saving them into patient charts when necessary

Creating memorable patient experiences through compassion and care

Qualifications :

Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing

CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
