Due to growth, we are looking to add a CNC Machinist to our team in Phoenix.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts and components.

2. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in machining operations.

3. Inspecting and measuring finished products to verify conformance with specifications using precision measuring tools.

4. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

5. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

6. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement innovative machining processes.

7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in CNC machining, particularly in the aerospace industry.

2. Proficiency in operating CNC mills and lathes, with a solid understanding of machine setup and operation.

3. Exceptional technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.

4. Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

5. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the production of high-quality, precision parts and components.

6. A strong commitment to safety, maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
