As a Housing Manager, you will be at the forefront of this mission, driving innovative and impactful strategies that align with this events-driven vision for the future.

What We Are Looking For

The Housing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housing logistics for in-person corporate events. This includes building and maintaining relationships with hotels, clients, and attendees and ensuring seamless housing experiences from planning through execution. This role requires strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. You will lead and collaborate with internal teams, primarily within the Event Technology & Registration department. Success in this role means consistently delivering projects on time, staying within budget, and exceeding client expectations. This client-facing position, working closely with Opus Project Managers and Event Technology Project Managers to deliver exceptional experiences for our Fortune 100 and 500 corporate clients.

The Housing Manager will report to the Senior Housing Manager or Associate Director and may include supervisory responsibilities.

You Should Have

• 2-3+ years of management experience in a relevant role; prior experience in corporate events preferred
• Experience with Cvent, Rainfocus, Stova, Swoogo, Eventbase
• Proven success in managing events or projects from concept to execution
• Bachelor's degree from four-year institution is preferred

Additional Skills

Travel and flexible schedule required. This position requires travel for event execution, including air travel and overnight stays. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $66,000 and $78,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
