At Hearts and Hands Therapy Services (HHTS) , we’re proud to offer a unique hybrid BCBA position that blends the best of both worlds : the clinical engagement of a pediatric clinic and the flexibility of remote work. Our Woodstock and Morrow clinics are both hiring for full and part time providers! Please let us know if you are interested in our North Atlant (Woodstock) or South Atlanta (Morrow) clinic. Hearts and Hands provides an interdisciplinary environment, fully equipped with state-of-the-art resources and a dedicated team — and we’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us.

  • What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct assessments using appropriate tools based on individual needs and payer guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients aged birth–21
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs; conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Monitor clinical progress, adjust programming as needed, and provide caregiver training
  • Review and ensure accuracy of documentation and data collection

  • Qualifications :

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative setting
  • New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — training and support provided!
  • Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time) :

    💲 $80,000 – $95,000 base salary a year + biweekly treatment bonuses up to $10,000 additional per year for up to $105,000 between base and incentive pay

  • $10,000 sign on bonus available for full-time in-person BCBAs, in addition to base salary and incentive pay
