About the Role

Senior Life Insurance Company, a nationally licensed life insurance carrier headquartered in Thomasville, Georgia, is seeking professional and motivated Sales Associates to join our growing team. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals who are competitive, driven, and passionate about helping families secure financial peace of mind. Our Sales Associates work directly with clients to assess their life insurance needs, explain policy options, and help them make informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities

Engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound leads. Conduct consultations to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage. Educate clients on available policy options and benefits. Maintain accurate client records in CRM software. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the application and policy issuance process. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred. Life and Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtaintraining provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-up abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working toward performance-based goals in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
