The individual occupying this role is responsible for organizing and facilitating structured activities for residents at the Delaware Valley Veterans' Home, working closely under the guidance of the Therapeutic Recreational Services team. These planned sessions are designed to engage residents in a variety of activities that promote their physical, cognitive, and social development. By implementing tailored programs, the employee aims to enhance the overall well-being of each resident, encouraging them to reach their fullest potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.
