Job Description# IT Program Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of project / program management experience in IT.
- Advanced excel and financial modeling skills, including pivot tables and graphing.
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills. Organized with a high attention to detail.
- Experience managing more than 5 separate project budgets rolling into a program or portfolio view, with total budget exceeding $10m per calendar year.
- Experience using financial systems of record and their data / reports to drive analysis and reconciliation against sources of truth.
- Skilled at navigating different cost types (internal labor, external labor, SW licenses)
- Experience with assembling IT project portfolio or PMO reporting including project status and schedules, solid visualization and PowerPoint skills.
