In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting sales operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing. Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by assisting with inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry of invoices.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, including managing vendor invoices and communication.
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics to assist in reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all sales processes.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales support processes and implement improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks to streamline daily sales operations.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Strong skills in order entry and invoice management.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with sales performance tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for sales support.
