The Department of Children and Families Office of Quality and Innovation is seeking a dynamic Quality Review Manager to lead quality review teams across Florida. As a Quality Review Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the Department's quality review systems, mentoring supervisors, and influencing statewide practices. You'll work closely with leadership, analytics, and training teams to ensure reviews are comprehensive, consistent, and actionable.
The Quality Review Manager will play a key role in advancing quality improvement strategies, shaping program monitoring frameworks, and offering strategic guidance on initiatives aimed at enhancing outcomes for the individuals and families served, working in close collaboration with programmatic areas across the department.
