What You'll Be Doing

• Run Data Trials : Manage and execute client data trials, create custom back-testing data sets and sample reports to showcase the value of our solutions, and provide in-depth company analysis and answer technical questions to help prospects understand how our data can solve specific business challenges.
• Act as a Technical Advisor : Serve as the go-to expert for our data products and platforms, articulate our value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences, and stay updated on new features and product updates to communicate our capabilities.
• Facilitate Onboarding : Guide new clients through API documentation, troubleshoot integration issues, ensure a seamless transition, and introduce and onboard clients to our internal platforms.
• Own the DDQ Process : Lead the completion of complex Due-Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), collaborate closely with our Legal, Security, and Engineering teams to provide accurate and detailed information about our data coverage, security protocols, and privacy policies.
