Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative State Farm Experience Required

A successful State Farm Agency in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an experienced and caring professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative .

This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, assisting with policy changes, and helping customers understand their insurance coverage options.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting our customers and team members. Were looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and greet clients in person
  • Process billing questions, policy changes, and claims
  • Educate customers on insurance coverage options
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Please apply only if you meet all requirements below :
  • State Farm agency experience required
  • Active Property and Casualty and / or Life and Health insurance license
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must be able to work in-office, Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. in Baton Rouge, LA
