Permanent, Full-Time Family Practice Physician needed in Southern Ohio-Great Salary / Benefits!
Location : Southern Ohio near Kentucky and West Virginia borders. Access to water sports, fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking, golf, state parks, and a quaint town with friendly folks. There are museums and art opportunities. Setting : Family Health Center Typical hours : Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-noon Call : 1 : 38 days (M-F )and 1 : 38 weekends Saturday 8am-Monday 8am Lab, X-ray and pharmacy have same hours of operation Family practice, CT, MRI and Ultrasound are by scheduled appointment Caseload : 20-25 patients per day Procedures : injections, ear irrigation, breathing treatment, mole / skin tag removal Practice Expectations :
- Expected to cover acute care
- The practice is also an outpatient lab draw site, so walk in patients who require blood draws are accepted.
- Looking for a provider who is motivated to grow the practice, patient centered, and has the flexibility to handle last minute schedule changes to meet patient needs.
Compensation :
Annual Salary Range : $221,000 - $263,220Could be 5% less for those who are not yet boarded, but salary will be adjusted upon board certification.There are teaching opportunities as the client has Medical Students, Residents, and Advanced Practitioner trainees.All employment is contingent upon passing the post-offer physical examination drug & nicotine test, and criminal background investigation.Upon signing a 2 year contract, the physician will receive the following benefits :4 weeks vacation, plus holidays / sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days added when producing 75%tile wRVUsCME / Books & Journals : 5 days PTO and up to $5000Deferred compensation : 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $20,500 / year before taxes. No matching.Retirement / Savings Plan : 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $20,500 / year before taxes under age 50 and $25,000 for over age 50.
