Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals. This role involves patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Location : Apple Valley, California, United States

Responsibilities :

  • Patient assessments and monitoring

  • Providing skilled nursing care
  • Ensuring patient safety and well-being

Required Skills & Certifications :

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
  • Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills
  • Minimum two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work

    • Preferred Skills & Certifications :

  • Specialities in Medical / Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room

    • Special Considerations :

  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Scheduling :

  • Requires working 4 weekend shifts (days) in a six-week period.
