Ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team? We’re looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate with strong attention to detail and great teamwork skills. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability and room to grow!

Location : Lake Forest, IL

Schedule : 1st Shift | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Pay rate : $19.75 / hr

Duties :

  • Operate UPS WorldShip and FedEx Manager systems for daily shipping.
  • Create Bills of Lading and Purchase Orders accurately.
  • Perform packaging and picking tasks with attention to quality.
  • Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift.
  • Use an electric weight scale to verify shipment accuracy.
  • Conduct cycle inventory counts and maintain precise records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet shipping schedules.

Requirements :

  • Basic computer skills and experience with UPS / FedEx software.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to lift more than 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality work.
