Compensation

  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2000 / week

    • Registered Dietitian Job Details

  • Work Setting : Inpatient Acute Care Hospital & Long-Term Care (LTC)
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–4 : 30pm
  • Shifts per Week : 5 (Full-Time)
  • Shift Duration : 8-hour day shifts
  • Total Hours : 40 hours per week
  • Weekend Coverage : Some weekends required; no holidays at this time
  • Patient Caseload : 10–12 adult inpatients per day
  • Assignment Length : 13-week contract
  • Dress Code : Black top / tan bottoms (or vice versa), or business casual attire

    • Registered Dietitian Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Active CDR (Commission on Dietetic Registration) credential and current Pennsylvania state dietitian license
  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in inpatient acute care settings
  • At least 1 year of advanced nutrition care experience
  • Experience with parenteral and enteral nutrition support strongly preferred

    • Registered Dietitian Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nutrition support for adult inpatients, including tube feeding and parenteral nutrition management
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized nutrition care plans for hospital patients
  • Manage a daily caseload of 10–12 adult patients, ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality clinical care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and support overall clinical goals
  • Participate in scheduled weekend coverage as part of the clinical nutrition team
