A company is looking for a Remote Helpdesk Technician dedicated to client satisfaction and skilled in resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote desktop and laptop support, addressing break / fix issues and managing user settings
Document, track, and escalate tickets through the ticketing system, maintaining current documentation
Collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional service to clients from a remote workspace
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience
Applicants must reside in the Tampa, FL vicinity
Preferred experience in an MSP / MSSP environment
Working knowledge of Windows 10, 11, and MacOS, as well as Microsoft 365 office suite
A+ and / or Network+ certifications are preferred
