We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our growing construction team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily residential construction , with hands-on experience supporting the management of large-scale projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities on multifamily projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite environment.
- Assist with site inspections, progress reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve construction issues.
