Job Description Picking 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987 MN100 Distribution Center Part-time Shift(s) : MON TUE WED THU FRI SAT SUN 12 : 00am - 5 : 00pm 10 - 28 hours / week OVERVIEW : Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Picking, you will help facilitate the movement of product from our distribution center to company owned branches. When an order is placed by a branch you will pick the requested quantity, pack the order, and print a label with a routing number. Product is then moved to the next department by hand, palletjack, or forklift. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES : The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Picking orders and packing product efficiently and accurately
• Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product
• Using a scale for weighing product
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
