Job Summary
Our clientseeks an Associate Attorney who is a motivated self-starter to be responsible for handling Indiana foreclosure matters for the firm. Responsibilities may include some on-site administrative duties.
Location
This position is hybrid in the Indianapolis metro area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.
- Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.
- Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
- Regular client meetings / updates.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
