  • Shifts : 3x12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n
  • Floating : May float to sister facilities within scope as needed\n
  • Scrub Color : Royal Blue\n
  • Charting System : Epic EMR\n
  • Parking : Free onsite parking\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1530–$1640\n

    • \n\nEmergency Room RN Qualifications\n \n

  • Active South Carolina or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand prior to start)\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience\n
  • Previous charge nurse experience required\n
  • Travel nursing experience required\n
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required\n
  • Epic charting experience required\n
  • Preferred : Experience in Trauma Level I & II centers\n
  • Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions considered)\n

    • \n\nER RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ER environment\n
  • Perform triage, assessment, and treatment of trauma, medical, and pediatric emergencies\n
  • Administer medications, IVs, and perform procedural sedation as needed\n
  • Manage central lines, IV vasopressors, and provide continuous IV sedation\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR\n
  • Participate in team nursing and foster a positive, collaborative work environment\n
  • Float to similar units or sister healthcare facilities as required\n
  • Be prepared to participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season (June–November)\n
