Senior Machine Learning Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead R&D in large language models, knowledge integration, and multimodal modeling

Incubate and prototype high-impact innovation projects and build proof-of-concept systems

Hire and inspire a team of ML engineers and applied scientists while fostering a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in ML / AI, with at least 3+ years in managing ML or research teams

Proven track record of delivering ML-powered products or prototypes in production environments

Hands-on expertise in large language models, search / retrieval, embeddings, or NLP

Experience leading applied research or innovation programs with measurable product impact

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred
