Hiring for a Senior Preconstruction Manager, responsible for conceptual estimating, business development, and design consultation leadership on primarily higher education, healthcare, and data center projects.

Requirements :

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred.

10+ years of prior Estimating and / or Project Management experience for a commercial general contractor.

Prior business development and / or preconstruction management experience for a commercial general contactor.
