Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join well established in 2025 to take over for a retiring physician. Highlights :

• Work with a cohesive team of 2 FM / OB physicians, 1 FM physician and 1 PA at our clinic in Mount Vernon, Washington.
• Our full time providers have a 4 day work week schedule with a 32 hour work expectation.
• 1 : 6 FM / OB call rotation and 1 : 12 FM call rotation of clinic phone call only.
• Engage in a full-spectrum role, providing care to patients across the lifespan in the clinic and performing deliveries at Skagit Valley Hospital conveniently situated across from the clinic.
• Our Family Birth Center boasts 21 LDRP rooms and 2 ORs on the unit with dedicated Anesthesia support. Additionally, our Level II Special Care Nursery is supported by onsite Pediatric Hospitalists.
• Benefit from the assurance of having onsite OB Hospitalists available to provide support whenever required.
• This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
• Teaching opportunities exist with Medical Students from PNWU and Family Medicine Residents from our own SRH Residency Program.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
