Job Description : Responsibilities :
Collect and analyze data to support solutions.
Communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Be responsible for assigned work, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Work well across teams, maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.
Conduct technical analysis and create specification documents.
Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documents.
Track development progress and project deliverables.
Clearly explain technical concepts and potential solutions.
Follow product best practices.
The ideal candidate :
Holds a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Has at least 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Is skilled in Object-Oriented Programming languages like C#.
Is familiar with Visual Studio or any other IDE.
Knows SQL and relational database management.
Has deep knowledge of CRM processes from complex projects.
Can understand and translate business requirements.
Is proficient with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Has experience with CRM processes in manufacturing (helpful).
Is skilled in at least two CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
Knows the Dataverse.
Has experience in software delivery.
Is experienced with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure development, Azure DevOps.
Has skills in Power BI and Azure automated deployments (nice to have).
Is autonomous in application design.
Has problem-solving skills.
Is fluent in English.
Is dynamic and flexible.
Additional qualifications :
Knowledge of DevOps / Agile methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Microsoft certification in one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure.
