SHOP TECHNICIAN TRAINEE :

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

In this role, you will work on class 7 & 8 trucks including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and making the necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. You will work on equipment under the guidance of senior technicians, all while you continue building your skills and knowledge as a Technician.

You’ll also help keep the yard and equipment clean, organized, and ready for our customers. You will perform equipment check-ins, steam clean, wash, and fuel equipment, perform light mechanical work, keep the shop clean, and more!

WHAT YOU NEED :

• Self-starter drive who can work without direct supervision.
• Working knowledge of equipment and one or more years of experience working on equipment. Will also accept applicants with a Diesel Tech Degree in lieu of experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.

Compensation : $18-23 / hr (Depending on Experience)
