Nurse (LPN / RN)

We are seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring Nurse (LPN / RN) to contribute to the quality of life of our residents.

Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Hours : Available shifts are 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm, 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm, or 4 : 00pm-8 : 00pm

Benefits : Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off (PTO), Retirement Plan / Match ( full-time status only )

Job responsibilities :

Passes out the medication to the residents
Conducts nursing assessments
Completes daily charting
Oversees health needs of residents as a member of the nursing team
Supports continued memory program
Responds and acts appropriately in emergency or disaster situations
Other duties as requested

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required :

Currently a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois

Preferred :

Previous experience in assisted living or long term care environments

Previous experience working with persons with dementia or older adults
