Lovelace Women's Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Responsibilities
This position involves the coordination of clinical management of the obstetric and neonatal patient across the entire continuum of care.
Serves as a liaison for the GRACE program and drives performance and improvement initiatives.
Acts as a clinical resource and a role model for all areas caring for vascular patients.
Acts as a community liaison on behalf of the GRACE program and the hospital to promote awareness and education on obstetrics and neonatal care.
Collaborates in the development and delivery of care for Lovelace Women's Hospital.
Qualifications
Job Requirements : Current RN license,
BLS required
3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Obstetrics or Neonatal Intensive Care.
Proven ability to follow protocol specific care delivery
Preferred Job Requirements :
Public speaking experience
Interdisciplinary teamwork experience
