Primary Responsibilities

• Interface with Sales, Materials, Engineering, Production, and Customers to ensure applicable requirements and customer expectations are being fully understood and satisfied.
• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of our customers and the Quality Management System.
• Resolve and prevent the reoccurrence of quality issues related to product, process, customer complaints, and quality system requirements.
• Develop and maintain project quality documentation such as supplements, records, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Manufacturing Procedure Specifications (MPS), etc.
• Plan, organize, and manage all project quality related activities, including release of clear instructions to production and QC personnel.
• Analyze the need for and manage correction actions for process related concerns, negative trends in business metrics, and product nonconformances using appropriate analytical tools.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures within the Quality Management System.
