RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity : RN - Tele

Job Details :

  • Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM
  • Every other weekend requirement with holidays required
  • Block schedule approved
  • Guaranteed hours : 36 or 48 hours per week
  • 13-week duration assignment
  • Patient ratio of 1 : 5-6
  • Floating to other units required
  • Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, Indiana state license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
  • Navy scrubs required
  • Electronic Medical Record system : Cerner
  • Must be greater than 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)
  • Care for cardiac telemetry patients with focus on heart failure patients
  • Interpret telemetry strips, administer medications, complete charting assessments
  • Provide bedside shift reports
  • Must be comfortable with cardiac drips that are NOT titrated
  • Work in 24-bed telemetry unit
