Responsibilities :
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues across all makes and models
Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs
Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with the latest diagnostic tools and manufacturer bulletins
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete work accurately and efficiently, within time guidelines
Requirements :
ASE Master Technician Certification (or equivalent)
5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications :
Manufacturer-specific training (e.g., GM, Ford, Toyota, etc.)
Hybrid / Electric Vehicle knowledge or certification
State Inspection and Emissions licenses (if applicable)
