Business Development Manager - Location Atlanta, GA

Previous experience as a Business Development Manager to bring new client relationships in new and existing markets. This position will assist in development of new business, conduct market analysis, income and expense analysis, tracking and development of the pipeline, and overall support for client services .

Skills needed to be successful :

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint Presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Budgeting skills
  • Possess superior administrative skills
  • Must be very organized

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Property Management Experience Needed

  • Rent Roll
  • Budgets
  • Staffing
  • Lease Up
  • Must be able to pull and understand data from multiple systems
  • Must have strong people skills and communicate clearly
  • Flexibility to travel
