Hi, I’m Katie — I help people break free from chronic stress, emotional pain, and trauma through a powerful tool called Cognomovement. My work is deeply transformational, science-backed, and full of heart. I’m a trauma-informed coach, podcast host, speaker, and soon-to-be author. I'm growing fast — and I’m looking for someone special to help me scale with integrity, flow, and joy.

The Role (In a Nutshell)

I’m looking for a self-driven, positive, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help me bring my work to more people through content, systems, and community. Your role is to take ideas and turn them into action —helping me stay visible, engaged, and focused on what I do best : changing lives.

This is not just a task-doing role. You’ll be an integral right-hand , helping me reach 10K+ months and expand my impact without burnout.

Your Responsibilities

Edit and publish short-form video (reels, shorts) to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook

Repurpose podcast and longform content into social posts and visuals

Find and apply for me to be a guest on relevant podcasts

Dive into conversations that Prosp.ai starts, and nurture early DM leads with warmth + intention

Manage my inbox with clarity and care

Proven track record to book qualified appointments from DMs

Design simple branded materials for workshops or digital offers

Research and apply for podcast guest spots that align with my mission

Organized AF with tasks and timelines

Energetic, warm, and great with people online (especially in chat / DMs)

Obsessed with quality and finishing things all the way

Flexible, funny, and grounded — you love systems AND a good laugh

Tech Skills That’ll Make You Shine

Proficient in GoHighLevel (or quick to learn it!)

Canva wizardry

Reels / short-form editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

Social media scheduling tools

Comfortable navigating Google Drive, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Gmail

Time & Compensation

~10–15 hours / week to start (with potential to grow)

Daily 15-min check-ins + Weekly 1-hr planning call

Compensation : $6–$10 / hr based on experience with ability to increase hours and income

Flexible hours, but must be available to collaborate during US mornings, east coast time
