Summary Description :

As a Rental Technician, you'll be the expert who gets guests geared up, comfortable, and confident before they hit the slopes. You'll bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding, your love of helping people, and your knowledge of the sport to deliver best-in-class guest service.

Responsibilities :

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience.
• Fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles to get people excited for their ski or ride day.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert.
• Share knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide guests toward the right equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Other duties may be assigned.

$18-$21 / hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
