Pay : Up to $17–$18.50 per hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Job Description :

TruBlu HR Solutions is hiring Assembly Helpers for a manufacturing facility in Magnolia, TX! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment and be ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on team.

You’ll be assisting the fabrication department in the assembly of enclosures , performing quality checks on components, finishes, welds, and overall product condition. Attention to detail and reliability are key!

Responsibilities :

Assist in assembling fabricated components and enclosures

Inspect parts for defects, weld quality, and finish consistency

Follow detailed work order instructions and production guidelines

Operate basic hand and power tools safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly

Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions

Experience using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
