Your key responsibilities
You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure system architecture aligns with business objectives.

Experience leading and managing SAP PRA module implementations for Upstream Oil & Gas sector clientsCollaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design effective solutionsExpert guidance on SAP PRA functionalities including division order, production accounting, and regulatory complianceSystem configuration, testing, and user training to ensure seamless adoption of SAP PRA moduleSpecial projects to optimize revenue accounting processes and enhance system performanceDevelop and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor throughout project lifecycleStay current with industry trends, SAP updates, and best practices to provide innovative solutionsTo qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.2 to 4 years of relevant SAP consulting experience focused on Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) within IS-OIL industry solution.Proven track record of successful project delivery in Upstream Oil & Gas sector.Strong understanding of revenue accounting processes, production reporting, and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environment.Strong written, verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.Research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.Experience developing functional specifications.Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 60+%.Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience.SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules is a plus.At least three full‑cycle implementations of your core module.Additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in this role.Additional SAP Finance certificates.Prior industry experience in accounting department.Experience leading cross‑functional teams.What we look for

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range : $102,500–$187,900 (US). New York City, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) $122,900–$213,400. Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.Hybrid model. Most external, client‑serving roles work in person 40–60% of the time.Flexible vacation policy.
