Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located in Lehi, UT. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and helping nursing staff with various tasks. The CNA will also communicate patient needs and concerns, maintain patient hygiene, and ensure a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA License in Idaho or a reciprocal state
• Ability to pass Idaho Dept of Health and Welfare background check
• Ability to pass drug test
• At lease 1 year Skilled Nursing Facility experience
• Basic patient care skills, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Ability to monitor and record vital signs
• Effective communication skills and ability to report changes in patient condition
• Strong observational skills to identify patient needs and safety risks
• High school diploma or equivalent; Nursing Assistant certification
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
