Certifications and Licenses

ARRT Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification is required.

Active State Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is mandatory.

CPR Certification is preferred.

Proven experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with the ability to perform high-quality imaging procedures efficiently and accurately.

Strong understanding of radiologic equipment, safety protocols, and patient care standards.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare teams.

Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe imaging environment.

Preferred Education & Experience

Associate’s Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.

Previous experience working in a hospital setting is preferred.

Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities (e.g., X-ray, CT) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing patients for imaging procedures and explaining the process to ease anxiety.

Operating radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders.

Ensuring all safety protocols are rigorously followed to protect patients, staff, and yourself.

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring proper image labeling.

Performing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Flexing to shift requirements, including weekend and on-call hours, to meet departmental needs.
