It starts at our Global Headquarters in Dubuque, Iowa. You'll learn the ins and outs of the business, connect with key stakeholdersincluding executive leadershipand begin shaping the future of Flexsteel sales.

When you complete the program, you'll be ready to step into a Sales Representative or eCommerce Account Manager roleanywhere in the U.S. We'll support your relocation and set you up for success.

Compensation & benefits :
The expected base salary range for this position is $50,000$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, business-related expenses will be reimbursed.
