We are looking for a licensed Buyer’s Agent who is motivated to learn to guide clients through the home-buying process while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for goal-oriented professionals who want to grow their business within a proven structure that provides steady lead flow and consistent support.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $155,000+

In this role, you’ll learn to work with active buyer leads, provide exceptional client service from showings through closing, and develop your skills under the mentorship of experienced producers. By plugging into our team’s systems, you’ll gain the tools, accountability, and coaching needed to build momentum and scale your career with confidence.

Compensation : $155,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Open houses

  • Qualifications :

  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A real estate license is required
  • Sales experience
  • Must live within daily driving distance of the office
