Preferred Bone Marrow Transplant and oncology experience. RN leader to supervise, lead and grow operations for an outpatient transplant and cellular therapy infusion clinic. Prior supervisory experience of 1 year preferred. Clinical experience in hematology, BMT or oncology outpatient operations preferred. Direct reporting structure includes CMOA and infusion RNs. Specialty certification in oncology required. Must be a quick learner, growth oriented, excited to study and implement new therapies, partner with leaders to build high performing teams, strong collaborator, with sharp focus in service and quality of patient care.

Graduate of an approved / accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
