A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Lead (12 : 30PM - 9 : 00PM ET).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy practices and support department efficiencies
Create, interpret, and monitor Salesforce reports while managing technician schedules
Demonstrate leadership by fostering a positive work environment and holding the team accountable to expectations
Required Qualifications
No active performance management or corrective action
6 months tenure with ExactCare Pharmacy and 6 months in the current role
Preferred Certified Pharmacy Technician for ExactCare Pharmacy
Exceptional attendance record
Previous management or leadership experience preferred
