Are you a creative, organized, and upbeat professional with a passion for non-profit events? Our client is looking for an experienced Event Logistics to lead the planning and execution of their annual Race and Fundraising events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing people together for a great cause.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Race logistics including permitting, timeline planning, gear supply orders, marketing, website updates / design, sponsor benefit fulfillment, and attendance forecasting.
• Build Race attendance through targeted email campaigns, flyer and signage design, and collaboration with the social media partner.
• Design signage recognizing major sponsors and donors for Race-related committee dinners.
• Recruit, organize, and manage volunteer squads for Race Day.
• Create and distribute Race Day instructions via e-blasts and a printed booklet (template provided).
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to produce sponsor signage for the event.
• Utilize the platform for non-profit fundraising.
