This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle diverse and challenging litigation matters while working in a supportive and professional environment.

The firm values strong advocacy, collaboration, and client service. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who can manage cases independently while working closely with experienced litigators.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of civil litigation , including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies
• Maintain organized case files and meet all litigation deadlines
